Student Plans offers a 100% refund for services rendered until Department of Education completes your consolidation program- typically this process takes 60 to 90 days upon signing of service agreement.
CLIENT agrees to pay Document Preparation Fee in accordance with the Service Agreement signed by the client for a Federal Student Loan Consolidation or Alternative Repayment Plan through the Department of Education. Student Forms is Not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Education.
The Document Preparation Fee varies between $298 and $598. The fee shall be paid in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Service Agreement signed by the client.
CLIENT acknowledges that the Document Preparation Fee paid to Student Plans is for the preparation of documentation in accordance with the Service Agreement. Student Plans is Not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Education.
The Document Preparation Fee is NOT sent to the Department of Education or current loan holder. The Document Preparation Fee is paid to Student Forms for the services provided in accordance with the Service Agreement.
